General provisions
In the event that any provision of the General Conditions is declared void, it will be deleted or replaced. A declaration of nullity would in no way affect the rest of the provisions of the General Conditions.
The fact that VS-FACTORY has not required the application of a clause or a right resulting from any stipulation of the General Conditions can in no case be considered as a waiver thereof.
