At 49 rue Rodier in Paris, the MK-HUB was a showcase like no other: 150 m² and seven staged spaces, carried by the global expertise of VS-FACTORY®. Architects, designers, retailers, wine and gastronomy houses came to understand, for real, what a place can become.

Here, proof did not come from a pitch. You sat down, placed your hand on the table, and the room changed atmosphere. One volume, many stories.

Seven spaces, one conviction.

Hospitality reinvented the welcome. Épicure turned a meal into a story, from food and wine pairing to chocolate. Journey in the Sky brought people together beneath a sky of clouds. Eternity immersed visitors in a forest, an ocean or Paris, with a single gesture. Down to the smallest spaces, Bee and In Motion: every square metre told a story.

More than 150 client visits and 14 strategic events a year, each one staged: the place opened up projects far beyond its walls. It showed clients what experience brings them, even before the first sketch: experience serving use, and return on investment.

Building on its success, the MK-HUB concept has travelled: its approach now unfolds across the Middle East and the Indian Ocean.
